1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the following conditions are met:
- The request is submitted within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
- The item is unused, in original condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
- The original purchase receipt or invoice is included.
- The item is returned in the same protective box in which it was shipped.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at info@vittsstore.com. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with the necessary instructions.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
3. Acceptable Reasons for Return
- Change of mind: You have 14 calendar days from the receipt date to return the item, subject to the eligibility conditions.
- Damaged or defective item: Notify us within 7 business days of delivery, including photos of the item and package.
- Incorrect product: If you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 calendar days with your order number and photographic proof.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase confirmation. After this period, cancellation may no longer be possible, as the order might have already entered processing or shipment stages.
If the cancellation request is accepted, a refund will be issued within 10 business days.
5. Return Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation by email. Processing may take up to 10 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued accordingly.
6. Refund Options
- Store credit: Receive a coupon for future purchases.
- Card refund: Applicable for credit card purchases. Timing may vary depending on your bank.
- Shipping issues: If the item is lost or undelivered, a refund will be issued within 5 business days.
7. Important Notes
- Product model, size, and color selection are the customer's responsibility.
- All requests must be submitted to info@vittsstore.com with the subject line: "RETURN REQUEST".
- Please include your order number, reason for return, and relevant images or videos.
